The placing of an order by the buyer implies the conclusion of an electronic contract in which both parties show their full agreement with all the terms established in the transaction in terms of signatories, conditions and legal scope. The physical address of the headquarters of SANDEN is taken as the place of conclusion.

The prices of the articles and services do not include VAT or taxes according to the country and are valid while they are published on our page. The sales prices applicable to each article in each order will be those in force on the day the order is received at our offices.

All our articles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period given by the manufacturer from the date of purchase. Deterioration due to misuse, professional use or improper maintenance of the articles is excluded from the guarantee. SANDEN is exempt from the consequences of the use of the articles on third parties and the client is the only and last responsible for their use.

Each order carries a transport charge. The goods travel at the risk of SANDEN to the point of delivery indicated in the order. The transport service includes the unloading of the goods at a nearby and easily accessible point. No loader service is included. The client, or the person delegated by the client to receive the goods, expresses his/her agreement with the state and quantity of the goods received by signing the delivery note of the carrier. From that moment on, the customer has an additional 24 hours to inspect the goods and declare on the delivery note if any anomaly is found. In this case, the defective article will be collected and replaced by another in perfect condition. The return must be made in the original packaging. See the section on SHIPMENT CONDITIONS

The customer has one week from receipt of the goods to return them in the event that they do not meet his expectations for the product and he finds any essential characteristic omitted or different from that which appears in the description of the article. The return has to be made in the original packaging and by means of the transport sent by SANDEN to pick it up. The refund of the amount paid will be made in the same way chosen for the payment and once the goods are in SANDEN's warehouses. In this case, the cost of transport will be deducted from the refund of the amount paid by the client. There are articles that due to their sanitary characteristics do not admit return once unsealed.

The maximum delivery time for items of immediate availability is fifteen to forty-five days from the date of receipt of the order in our offices. For items with a future availability date, the delivery time is fifteen days from the date of availability. SANDEN limits its liability for failure to comply with the delivery time to the refund of amounts paid by the customer, declining any other liability or damages arising from failure to comply with the delivery time of all goods.

Placing an order with www.sandendental.com implies acceptance and conformity with each and every one of these commercial conditions.

For the resolution of disagreements, the parties submit themselves to the arbitration of the Junta Arbitral Nacional de Consumo. Once identified as a client of SANDEN, you will have the opportunity to set as the shipping address of your order a different one from your usual one, if you wish.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to verify all the data referring to the shipment of your order, and you will be able to confirm the purchase. Once confirmed, you will be shown a detail of your order on screen, which we recommend you print and/or save on your hard disk for future reference if required by our specialized customer service staff.
